It will fully implement the carbon peak implementation plan for the industrial field and key industries such as steel, building materials, petrochemicals, and non-ferrous metals, and promote the coordinated efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in the entire industrial chain. It will orderly develop EAF-based steelmaking and increase the EAF-based steelmaking capacity to 4.6 million tons in 2026, and support the coupled development of non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, building materials, electronic information, new energy and other industries.
